Accredited Sports Dietitian

Alex is an Accredited Sports Dietitian specialising in body composition, sports nutrition and disordered eating. Since graduating with her Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2016, Alex has worked predominantly with the GWS Giants AFL and AFLW teams. She has also worked with athletes from school to elite levels in a variety of sports such as rowing, endurance running and CrossFit, allowing her to become an expert in the field. Despite her passion for sports, Alex is experienced in all areas of nutrition and eager to help all people optimise their health through food.
